Enrolment forms can be collected from the front office.

Completed Applications for Enrolment can be submitted to the front office during the following times:

Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 10.30am and 2.00pm to 2.45pm.

Students have a designated area for their local school.

The area is defined as the middle of the road. 

Please contact the office to confirm your address.

All necessary original documentation is required at lodgement of application.
